Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Tackll account and the data associated with it at any time.
From the app
- Open Tackll and go to your Profile.
- Tap Settings → Account.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
Deletion is permanent. Your profile, challenges, Flicks, blogs, follows and progress will be removed.
By email
Prefer email? Send a request from the mobile number or email on your account to hello@tackll.com with the subject "Delete my Tackll account". We'll verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile information (name, mobile number).
- Your content: challenges, Flicks, blogs, comments and reactions.
- Your social graph: follows and followers.
Some records may be retained for a limited period where required by law (for example, fraud prevention), after which they are deleted.
