Why streaks beat motivation
Motivation is a feeling; a streak is a system. Here's how day-by-day challenges turn intent into a habit.

Everyone starts a new habit on a wave of motivation. The problem is that motivation is unreliable — it shows up when you're rested and excited, and vanishes on the days that matter most.
A streak flips the script. Instead of asking 'do I feel like it today?', a multi-day challenge asks a much smaller question: 'can I keep the chain going for one more day?'
Small enough to never skip
The best challenges are deliberately small. A 10-minute session you can do tired beats a 60-minute session you'll talk yourself out of.
On Tackll, creators design challenges in short daily steps for exactly this reason. Day 1 is easy on purpose — it's there to get you to Day 2.
Show up, then show it
Posting a quick Flick of your attempt does two things: it proves to yourself that you did the work, and it puts you in front of people doing the same challenge.
That gentle accountability is the difference between a challenge you start and a challenge you finish.
